When it comes to pasta, I’m a fan of Carbonara, Aglio Olio and Pesto based. Though I love trying other pasta being introduce in the shop if there’s something that would really catch my attention and fires up my taste buds.
I’ve tried Tsoko Nut Batirol so many times before. I would always have their Pesto Spaghetti. I was really surprised that they have this Aligue Spaghetti.
Well, Aligue is a Filipino term for crab fat. That yellowish/orange liquid in the crab when you open the back of the crab. Could you imagine that those fats are carefully collected and made as a based for the spaghetti. It was really good! The taste is so unique among those pastas that I have tried before.
I am not so sure like how long will it last but when we had it, it was just on a limited offer on their menu.
